The story began with a few members of the Handisport-Annécien club (Handisport club of Annecy), all of them crazy about free riding. During a mountain wheelchair ride with mountain biking friends, they said to each other as they were about to take their chairs back up to the top of the Semnoz mountain :
“The pleasure would be really complete if we could take the ski lifts as we do it with the handiski...”
The idea was born.

One of the riders studied the feasibility of the project and presented his working hypothesis a few months later. A team was then created to work on the subject, using the competencies of two students from the Engineering School of Annecy, both of them downhill mountain bike racers. They found the concept fascinating and decided to take this project as the subject of their school diploma. |

Mont Blanc Mobility was born on 1st January 2008 in the heart of the Alps.
It is specialized in the development, the production and the distribution of innovative sport material.
Mont Blanc Mobility is located in Seynod, closed to Annecy, an ideal place between lake and mountains to develop new sport activities.
